Very close to the lake, restaurants and the lake theater. Also close to supermarkets, pharmacies and downtown shops in general. Very well equipped for a comfortable stay. The house has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for up to two people. 21 species of native trees were planted on the plot, which you can walk through.
