Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it might not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Apartment Dvě Zátoky No. 8

Apartment No. 8 on the first floor of the apartment building Dvě Zátoky in Kovářov near Frymburk offers a wonderful view of nature and Lake Lipno. The sandy beach with swimming is 200m from the apartment building. There are many summer and winter activities and monuments in the area. The apartment has a separate entrance with a chip lock and contactless check-in/out. Free parking, bike/ski storage, children's playground, fireplace and free paddleboard rental are available. For weekly stays, a bottle of Prosecco and a capsule for the Nesspresso coffee machine

Haus Lipno - house by the beach Lipno

Modern accommodation for up to six people offers comfort, privacy and convenience. The HausLipno bungalow is equipped with its own terrace and garden with barbecue facilities. The advantage is the proximity of cycling routes, the beach 40m and the Lipno ski resort 3 minutes by car. The interior features a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with a fireplace and two comfortable bedrooms. For your convenience, there is one bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet, complemented by another separate shower with an infrared sauna for use for a fee.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

Romantic spring on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded natural setting, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is close to a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surroundings are ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Krásný slunný apartmán v blízkosti vodní nádrže Lipno a Šumavy nabízí ubytování v přírodě, koupání v přehradě, vodní sporty, výlety, turistiku, cyklotrasy, a mnoho dalšího. Apartmán je koncipován jako 2+kk. Za hezkého počasí je možné využít i terasu se zahradním nábytkem, v zimě jsou k dispozici krbová kamna pro útulnou atmosféru. Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you will find cosy sleeping areas.
