Chasa Filli offers a room with a box spring bed 180 x 200 cm and a balcony room with a double bed 160 x 200 cm in the terrace apartment. You will be staying in a cozy eat-in kitchen and use a modern bathroom (incl. washing machine/dryer). From the terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. In just a few steps you are in the old village center of Scuol Sot and in the wellness and adventure pool 'Bogn Engiadina' or with the ski bus at the valley station of the mountain railways.

Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. The cross-country skiing center and trail are also a few minutes' walk away. Occupancy up to 2 people (infants not included).

The apartment, newly built in 2023 in the annex of a 100-year-old house, is located on the mezzanine floor and has a view of the Lower Engadine mountains. The charming apartment "Teja," furnished to a high standard, is ideal for 2 adults and equipped with all the comforts for a relaxing vacation in the mountains, e.g. dishwasher, Nespresso machine, underfloor heating, Internet Wi-Fi, large covered, west-facing loggia, washing machine and dryer, parking, also for electric car.

The flat is located in Ftan Sainas, directly at the cross-country ski run and the children's land Ftan as well as at the ski bus. The chairlift Ftan-Prui is easily accessible on foot or with the ski bus Ardez-Ftan and brings you quickly and reliably up the mountain and in winter directly to the snow sports area Motta Naluns.<br><br>

The house is centrally located in the beautiful mountain village of Ftan (1650 meters above sea level). The flat has its own entrance. 1 parking space (free) is available below the house. Our guests also have free Wi-Fi access. In the living area, TV is available.

You'll love my place because of the unique mineral water fountain in front of the house, the forecourt with original Lower Engadine flair.
