A local tourist tax of €4.80 per person per night (for guests aged 15 and over) is payable on arrival. Not a Stubai Super Card partner establishment.

Our house is situated in a quiet location, only 10 minutes walk from the village center, where you can get tasty rolls for your breakfast at the bakery. In the immediate vicinity are: bus stop, hiking and biking trails, LL cross-country ski trail, ice stadium, the Alpcura Reha-Fachklinik and the hospital St. Vinzenz. Bicycle and ski garage is available. The Fwhg. are both non-smoking apartments and have been furnished allergy-friendly. Pets are therefore not allowed.

Our spacious apartment Gletscherblick has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, toilet and a living room with access to the terrace and a breathtaking view of the mountains. Sleeping in the eagle's nest: A staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds. The glazed gallery offers connecting views into the living area on the one hand and a cozy retreat and resting place on the other.

My place is close to the state capital Innsbruck, at the beginning of the Stubai Valley. You'll love my place because of the wonderful views and the beautiful location, the proximity to public transport, the immediate proximity to the restaurant. My place is good for couples and families with kids, but also employees of companies. Innsbruck can be reached from our house by car in 15 minutes, the border to Brenner/South Tyrol can be reached in 25 minutes.

From here it is only 15 minutes to Innsbruck city center. In a few minutes, however, several ski areas such as Serleslifte, Schlick 2000, Elferbahnen in Neustift, as well as the Stubai Glacier can be reached. The bus station is just a 2-minute walk away.

A gigantic view, a private terrace and two stylish apartments. Where there was once a large meadow with ferns, our "farnhaus" now stands, surrounded by nature, quietly located and yet quick and easy to reach. In front of us stretches the entire Adige Valley, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
