I received a lot of help with a pleasant trip because of the comfortable accommodation

It was used by a family of 5 (3 elementary school students), but it was very good. I will stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay - it was peaceful and homely, which is exactly what we wanted. We liked that it was walking distance from the train station with a beautiful small park nearby. The hosts were responsive and communicated promptly.

We stayed one night with a large group of 19 people, and even though we were many, the house is so spacious that it never felt crowded. The two bathrooms were a big help for a group this size, and the ofuro (Japanese bath) area was absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is large and well-equipped, which made things much easier when preparing meals. It’s truly a wonderful place to spend a night — or even longer. Unfortunately, the cherry blossoms hadn’t bloomed yet during our stay, but I can only imagine how stunning the view must be during sakura season. The large windows facing the lake offer a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The futons and covers were extremely clean, which we really appreciated. The only small challenge was putting the bedding on the futons ourselves. But I understand it has to be like that. The owner/manager was very polite and welcoming, which made our experience even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

It was very clean and the room smelled good. It's a shame we didn't have a record player, but we had a great time! We would like to stay in another building again if we have the opportunity.

It was my first time using it, but I had a very smooth response, and I had a reassuring stay. Also, the facility was spacious, clean, and I was very satisfied than it looked in the photos. I'd love to stay again if I stay in a large group in Gifu. Thank you!

We really enjoyed the house itself, as it was so very comfortable and perfectly located, but also the local restaurants. There is a great yakitori place called Iburu very close to the house, which I highly recommend. It was a little pricey but some of the best grilled chicken I’ve ever tasted. Also, a new coffee shop called Pinecone was a really nice discovery. They don’t open till noon, but the young owner is a fluent English speaker who loves to chat with the customers. He also sells a selection of craft beers (in cans) from around Japan. We bought those to take home and enjoyed drinking them at the house in the evening. A lovely 125 year old Japanese sweet shop is close by, too. And the hot springs! Finally, on our way home back to Shiga, we stopped at a little place called Ippei Sushi. The best sushi I’ve ever had. ¥2,200 for a lunch set fit for a king. You should get there before 11! All in all it was a spectacular holiday. We look forward to going again next year.

This is my first time coming to Japan, because two days I can meet the most lovely yumi and harufumi in haruya is the best experience of this trip, this house and the owner and all the people I meet are different, warm and sincere, you can feel it from their smile, and it is very fortunate to join their yoga activities, so I know new friends, by the way, and cute lily, this is amazing! The details of the house are more sensible of the level of care of yumi and farufumi, where you can hear the sound of stream water, the sound of the leaves wiggling, all kinds of insects chirping in the late night, really letting the time slow down, if there will be a chance I will bring my favorite person to come again!

Keita’s place is the best stay of my entire trip in Japan. I went with a family of four (2 adults 2 kids) and the place has a very spacious interior and with car park, outdoor dining and bbq area. 20 mins to Gransnow Okuibuki during winter which is a paradise to skiers and kids to play snow. The house has additional units of warmer which kept us warm during our stay. Owner gave us a surprise visit and curry packs as souvenir made from his own radish farm!
