House holiday rentals in Fulton Chain Lakes

Evan was more than accommodating; He responds immediately and takes great care of the property overall. I have just recently been diagnosed with muscular dystrophy and it has been hard finding a place that met all of my accessibility needs. While I'm not yet wheel chair bond, I can't do stairs. Having a stair free entrance and walk in shower made everything much more convenient. The pool is bigger than I thought it would be as well! 10/10 all the way around!

Michael’s place was very comfortable for all our guest’s. Plenty of room, well stocked clean kitchen & welcome gifts (variety of craft beer and local wine). The house was close to our desired attraction about 10-15 mins. Close to restaurants & grocery store. Constant contact and very in-depth welcome book with clear instructions. Would definitely stay again.

We came up for a family weekend, but needed a pet friendly place to stay with our little pup. Yasiel's airb&b was the best place we've ever stayed while traveling. We slept great, made yummy food, and relaxed in between events! We can't wait to visit again!

The pictures posted on the listing of this house do not do it justice. This house was beautiful. While located on a convenient road, there was not another house in sight for a nice sense of privacy. The mud room itself is a huge bonus to off load gear and supplies and keep them organized without cluttering up the entire house. The ensuite bathroom in all 3 bedrooms was a pleasant surprise with the master bath being one of the best I've ever experienced. The state of the art TV, lighting, thermostat and surround sound system does take some getting used to and would definitely be a challenge to the elderly and non tech savvy. Great overall experience. Would love to stay again when the pool is open.

We had such an amazing stay. Everything was just like it described. Plenty of room, futons were big when put down, and game room was a blast. There are no blinds in any of the rooms so it is bright in the morning but with a sleeping mask it is perfectly fine. Definitely recommend staying here!!

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

We were looking for a place to stay near our son’s wedding venue (The Cannery) and the Justice Place was the perfect place! Laura and Joel’s home is spacious, clean, tastefully decorated and provided the perfect accommodations to enable his family and groomsmen space to have breakfast and relax as we all got ready for the wedding! Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

The house was amazing, just like the photos! Had plenty of room for the two of us along with our Daughter and our two Grandchildren. The girls enjoyed the hot tub, and swimming in the lake! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to rent for their vacation! My only wish was it was on the water! I love looking out the window to see the water!

We were in town to visit family. The home was perfectly located in a nice neighborhood. We slept good and felt very comfortable in this charming home! I have never been in an Airbnb that was so well stocked. Jenn was available if we needed anything and we would definitely stay here again.

Kyle was the best host ever!!! he let us re-book another one of his properties smoothly when we found we had more people wanting to come on the trip than we originally thought. The place was even better than we thought and we all had so much fun. Definitely recommend booking with Kyle 100% and we will try to book with him in the future if we can.

Great place on the water! Stayed here with a large family for the winter holidays and really enjoyed the snow and frozen lake! House has plenty of room to spread out and lots of thoughtful activities for kids and adults! The kitchen is well stocked with quality cookware as well. We had a problem with the heat in one room and Frances responded immediately and sent someone to fix the problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Great host and beautiful place to stay! Everything was very organized and clean. Close to town and easily walkable distance to main strip of Old Forge. Was even greeted by some deer every morning! Would love to come back during summer to enjoy the fire pit and river in the backyard.

The house, yard, and neighborhood are as scenic and peaceful as shown in the listing. Scott is a friendly property manager. The house was toasty warm during our winter storm visit, and the pellet stove was a great bonus to heat the living room and dry our ski clothing. The 3 kids in our group enjoyed the snowy yard and the foosball table in an upstairs bedroom. It was only a 15-minute drive from McCauley Mountain for fun downhill and groomed xc skiing, and a short walk from the Ha-De-Ron-Dah Wilderness Area (Scusa Trailhead)--for hiking/snowshoeing. The two entryway spaces were helpful for removing and storing winter gear. FYI: The jacuzzi tub didn't work for us. Laundry abutted downstairs bedroom wall and was noisy. The kitchen had basic essentials but could be better stocked (more mugs, plates, etc.) We loved the house--it was elegant, clean, and very comfortable and welcoming.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The house felt comfortable and clean from the second we walked in. Definitely a great stay when looking to ride. Close to restaurants and some cool trail systems!

Second time booking Adam’s property and won’t be the last. House is beautiful and well renovated with a modern touch. Location is on a peaceful street with a nice coffee shop a block and a half away (breakfast sandwich was great). Location is also very convenient for those looking to golf. For us, golfing was our primary purpose so we had a bunch of choices to choose from. Adam, as always, is a great host. He had to come by to get something from the garage and asked if it was ok beforehand. Even offered to blow off the deck so pollen doesn’t get on my car that was parked on the driveway. In my opinion, only exceptional and courteous hosts asks permission to come to their own property. Highly recommend for those taking a trip to the area. Hope to be back later this year.

We stayed at this house for parents' weekend at Hamilton College. It is a lovely small home with very spacious and comfortable common spaces (living room, dining room) where we enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day. Albert was very responsive with any questions that I had and was super friendly! We had a great visit and would definitely consider staying here again when we stay in the area.

Lisa was an amazing host! My fiancé and I and several of our wedding party used her house to stay and get ready for our big day. It was beautiful, welcoming and I could not have picked a better place to stay. It was wonderful catching up with friends in her beautiful backyard and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful Would definitely stay again

A lovely spot that is both conveniently located in walking distance of Lake Placid’s sights, shops and restaurants and very peaceful with fresh air and trees. Great layout with comfy beds and lots of space. We had a wonderful weekend!
