Just across the street there is the Quinta Jardins do Imperador (Emperor's Gardens) former residence of the Emperor Charles from Austria and since 2023 the Museum of Romanticism. On the neighbouring street one can fall in love with the luscious gardens of Monte Palace. The famous tobogganing and cable car are which take you directly to Funchal are just a few meters away from the house.

A beautiful and spacious house to enjoy your holiday in Madeira. From the private pool & BBQ terrace there are breathtaking ocean views over the bay of Funchal. The Botanical Gardens are 10 mins walk away and there is a bus stop 30 seconds away, taking 5mins to the centre. 3 mins walk away there is a restaurant, Sesamo bakery & mini supermarkets. The Aerobus stop is also a few minutes walk away. Not suitable for children under 12 years and no pets. Construction work is happening in the area.

It could also be called the Adventure Villa as it´s a longer way to get there (over 80 steps starting at the main gate). The pool is shared with other 3 small Villas.
