“Passing through Santa Cruz with my wife to enjoy the carnival, we rented Fabrizio's apartment located in the immediate vicinity of the city center. Beyond the apartment itself which offers all the necessary comfort and has a charming decor, Fabrizio was a host of unprecedented availability and kindness. He was able to lend us two wigs, having not thought of bringing disguises, or even receive us late in the evening of our arrival because of a delay in our flight to ensure the check-in in a good mood. Positive point to highlight and highlight, it is possible to request a private parking space for 5th per day a few steps from the apartment. The unbeatable value for money, the optimal location of the apartment and the friendliness of Fabrizio should guarantee that you will have a pleasant and secure stay. In any case, for us, it is obvious that when we return in the area we will make our reservation here :)”
A wonderful luxury apartment, 50 sq m with pool in the center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife. In front of the Garcia Sanabria park. Internet 300 Mbps, Smart TV 55’’, Air conditioning, washing machine and dryer. Our “Luxury Sanabria” apartment is a jewel carved into the heart of the city, set in front of the biggest urban park in the Canary Islands, a few meters from the center.
“The apartment is in a perfect location to visit most of the local attractions on foot. It is a little hilly between the apartment and the Port, but that's Islands for you, however nothing severe and wandering and exploring the different avenues was fun. We visited Santa Cruz over the Christmas period so most of the main avenues were colorfully decorated with live music and stalls down and around the Port area which made it even more eventful and magical. Further afield there are other beautiful places to visit like Candelaria, La Laguna, La Orotava and many more to explore. You will need a car to explore the island as Santa Cruz is a working city, not a resort and therefore there are no tourist outlets offering trips, nor any English cafes for breakfast or fish and chips, simply local restaurants, foods and bars. You will find a local restaurant and a convienence store by the apartment. If you do hire a car beware, parking is mostly free in the streets, but you will not find a space at any time. I checked before our visit with the host and identified an underground parking site meters from the apartment, but it will cost you about 10 euro a day. Most of the streets are filled with parked cars which makes driving a little difficult so you have to take it carefully, but out on the main roads is fine. The weather for us was perfect with 23 deg C daily and blue skies, but of course, it is subject at the time of your visit.”
STUDY of 40 m2 with amazing sea VIEWS over the Atlantic, on the Av. Maritima in Santa Cruz de Tenerife. INTERNET fiber optic. Smart TV and NETFLIX account. King size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Balcony. BIKES at your disposal. Wash/disher machine. Hairdryer :)
“Fabulous, Studio, stunning views and excellent host We stayed here for a month and it was fabulous. The studio is clean and modern with everything we needed and lots of little touches that made it extra special. The morning views watching the sunrise from the bed were just amazing as well as watching the to and fro of the ferries and cruise ships. The studio has everything you need for a longer stay including changes of towels and bedding as well as a washing machine. A short walk into the city or there are regular buses to the city and Intercambiador. There are also bikes available which make a great way to visit Las Teresitas beach. We loved the studio for being close enough to walk into the city and all it had to offer but be far enough away to be peaceful. If, like us, you love hiking then there are several routes from the door of the apartment, although I would suggest the tram or bus to La Laguna and walk down one of the many paths from Anaga Rural Park. We had a wonderful time at Starshine and already have plans for returning next year. Daniel is indeed a ‘Superhost’ with a wonderful gem of a place on offer.”
