It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

The lake lodge is located directly on the lake and perfectly combines the features of a cozy Scandinavian-style house with the amenities of a modern equipped accommodation with exclusive and luxurious highlights. The large lake can be reached within a few minutes on foot and leaves nothing to be desired. There are no limits to a quiet walk or an exciting excursion. Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.
