Water, water, water, lots of greenery, great large terraces and walkways. The former fisherman's house is located on the outskirts of Flecken Zechlin, surrounded by large forests and countless lakes. The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or an electric heater. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A table tennis table is available.
