My home is in a quiet, beautiful place and is close to the S-Bahn (3 min). 12 min city/30 min trade fair, 35 min Erlangen, 65 min Bamberg. In the immediate vicinity of the forest, river in the middle of meadows. In the atmospheric home, you can recharge, relax or retreat after a stressful day. Lovely wide sofa bed

The room is furnished with a refrigerator and TV. Wi-Fi is available as well as a balcony door to walk to the balcony. Since the room in the apartment is where the host also lives , there are private items in the room with the sofa bed. Now and then as a host, I have to go into the room to get to my private belongings. There is a large leisure pool with many sauna landscapes. ( Palm - Beach ) about 1 km is a large shopping center opened only in 2015.
