The room is kids friendly. About 450 sqft, the room is Japanese style but catered to modern lifestyle. If you enjoy a local touch with the proper room when visiting Kyoto, we are certainly the right fit for you! We designed the room with love and care for little kids, because we have a little girl too. The room is safe and friendly for little kids. No sharp or pointy spot in the room. Low furniture, but all the plug-ins are highly positioned. And of course, we will try to accommodate any special requests for you. You are in good hands if you are looking for good room and personal service during your kyoto visit. Guest room and first floor. ***The apartment is on the second or third floor, no elevator! ***We offer laundry service, washer & dryer with a starting charge of ¥2500 per load(washer & dryer). ***An extra set of futon will be done at a charge of ¥2000 Yen per request.( i.e. 3 pax wants 4 sets, the fourth set will be charged ¥2000 yen) ***The TV in the room is only for YouTube and streaming service if you have your own account. No broadcast service!

This is one of our 11 apartment-type accommodations. It is about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Toji Station. The city bus stop called Kujo Omiya is also a very short walk away. The Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium are also nearby. They opened in April 2016 at Umekouji Park, which is only about a 7-minute walk. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the World Heritage Site, Toji Temple’s Five-Story Pagoda (“Goju no to”).

We reopend this room December 2019. This apartment is 5 min walk from Karasuma Oike subway station which is only 3 stops (5min) from Kyoto station. Walking distance to down town shopping area, Nishiki market(10min) and convenience store in just in front of the apartment. Many restaurants nearby. Linens and towels are cleaned by professional outside services. Provide free wifi.
