This is a single rental villa with a dog run in Kiyokawa Village, the only village in Kanagawa. The Koayu River flows right next to it, and you can hear the pleasant sound of the river during your stay. From the large terrace connected to the living room of the fully renovated villa, the lawn and countryside spread out in front of you, creating a pleasant space. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you can enjoy the best time in nature, watching the stars in an infinity chair, taking a bath in the open air after a sauna, and having a BBQ. The tent sauna has a rain cover on the chimney, so you can enjoy the sauna even if it rains a little. You can enjoy the private sauna with Satoyama Aroma Lowry as many times as you like during your stay. The terrace has an opening and closing awning, so you can enjoy a BBQ on the terrace even if it rains a little. We recommend that you stay overnight and relax in the sauna and BBQ during the day. Shimomura no Hanare

The accommodation "Shitamura no Hanare" is located about 20 minutes by car from Fujino Station on the Chuo Line, on the prefectural border between Uenohara City, Yamanashi Prefecture and Midori Ward, Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture. It is about an hour's drive from the city, and the peaceful scenery of the natural countryside spreads out. "Shimomura no Hanare" is named after our house. The separate accommodation is compact but private, and you can enjoy seasonal views from the garden room. In this area, cars were not yet widespread in the early Showa era, and people mainly raised horses, cows, goats, chickens, etc. in stables. There is a renovated stable on the premises of our house, and it is a charming space. The stable is also a private space for guests. Children are welcome, and up to 1 small dog is allowed. In addition, although it is limited to the season, you can enjoy activities such as shiitake mushroom hunting, bamboo shoot digging, bracken picking, and yuzu harvesting. This is the Kominka style BNB in Yamanakako. “Hirano no Hama” A 8 min walk to the breathtaking view of Mt Fuji overlooking the lake. Only a 5 min walk from the Hirano highway bus terminal to connect “Busta Shinjuku” / Tokyo Sta. Tourists in the most walkable neighborhoods of Hirano ward will find a car isn't necessary to get around.
