The home is situated at 1,815 metres above sea level in a town called Guateque at distance of 112 kilometres (70 mi) from BOGOTA. . Guateque was officially founded on the 28th January 1636, made famous by the Emerald mines and the fireworks.

Beautiful cabin made with adobe, wood and stone, according to traditional Boyacá custom. It has the most spectacular view of the Tenza Valley. A quiet and secluded place to rest, inspire or create in the middle of the forest. To get to the cabin you have to walk along a steep path of about 250 meters (between 10 to 15 minutes) from the parking lot. The cabin has WiFi. Please wear shoes for walking in mud.
