From Tune, there are also good bus connections to Roskilde/Greve and on to Copenhagen. There is walking distance to playground/sports facilities and shopping. In less than 5 minutes, you can reach two golf courses! And in less than 15 minutes, you are on a child-friendly sandy beach.

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

The house contains an entrance hall, large room with kitchen, dining table and living room with 140 cm sofa bed, bathroom, built-in wardrobe and small bedroom with 120 cm bed. The house sleeps 4 people (2 people on the sofa bed in the living room, and 2 people on 1 ½ man bed in the bedroom), but works best for 2-3 people. Unfortunately not a handicap accessible house.

Outdoors, the house offers a large terrace with a private wilderness pool, sauna and outdoor shower. Indoors, there is a cinema, pool table and table tennis - perfect for both relaxation and fun. The house has 4 bedrooms with space for 8, as well as a lovely annex with space for 4. The house is located in a scenic area with only a 2-minute walk to the beach and jetty. From Roskilde Station, there are frequent trains to Copenhagen, which take about 30 minutes. Trains run at a frequency of 2-3 departures per hour and stop at central stations such as Hovedbanegården.
