Me and my fiancé stayed here for three months, and we absolutely loved it. The place was perfectly clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning. It is a basement apartment on the ground level of their house, and we never had any noise problems with them living above us. The neighborhood itself was so beautiful, and I always felt safe. I would highly recommend anyone to stay with Monique. She is very kind and always responded in a timely manner if I messaged her about something.

Tim’s place is perfect for my husband and I. It has all the amenities we need, and it’s far enough outside of Atlanta to be more peaceful while close enough to drive into the city if you need to. Tim and his family are extremely friendly and attentive. They’re very considerate of their guests as well. We do advise that sometimes you will hear them upstairs early in the mornings, but not exceptionally loudly. Also be aware that there are no temperature controls in the basement apartment, but Tim is always great about making sure everyone is comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation!

Darlene’s place was the perfect getaway for me and my girlfriend. Such a beautiful piece of land with cute, friendly animals. Getting to explore the land, the barn, etc. was an amazing gesture by the kind host. Thank you so much Ms. Darlene! 10/10 would recommend.

The place was exactly as pictured! Great location, lots to do around the area, some even walking distance. My only wish more full body mirrors, however, all amenities were in great condition, and lots of natural lighting in the place. Didn’t even really need to reach out, as all instructions were clear and useful. Perfect stay for my friends & I on my birthday weekend :)

What do you want from your Airbnb? That everything is as it is claimed to be? That check in and check out is a breeze? how about crazy fast wifi speeds? perfect location? Nikko brings all of this and so much more. Her communication was outstanding and she even put up w me staying too late, when my flight was bumped and I had nowhere to go. A true professional, but even more than that, she is an honest, good and true human. Thank you, Nikko!

This is a great option to explore Atlanta’s growing suburbs and be within distance of the city. Very private in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood with access to a huge backyard. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is wonderful and feels new, actually I think it is. Everything was clean and well maintained. The layout of the apartment was really good. The only thing I think should be changed is the checkout time; 10:00 am is really early, maybe 12:00 pm will be a better time. Also, to have a Publix so close is wonderful. This was my second time staying at Tonya’s place (but in a different unit) and it was wonderful - just as great as the first time! It was perfect for my needs and I felt right at home. This is a great option for a one-person stay close to town!

The apartment is clean, quiet, and has everything you could possibly need. I actually specifically booked this listing again because I stayed here a few years ago and was so impressed with my experience. We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous Airbnb! The highlight was the amazing pool surrounded by beautiful gardens that created a serene atmosphere. Dina was attentive and the house appeared exactly as the pictures show. I would recommend this gem to anyone staying in the ATL.

Excellent stay. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant visit. Stephen is a great host and very easy to reach. The location is wonderful, walking distance to downtown and there’s a supermarket around the corner.
