Casa molto accogliente e perfetto per 4 persone. Posizione molto comoda sia per i mezzi che per il mare e la vita notturna in città. Sara molto disponibile. Grazie!!

I was at the apartment with a friend to get some beach time and attend a festival at Zrće Beach. We had a really great stay at the apartment! The description and photos on AirBnB fit perfectly and we very pleased with the general condition of the apartment, furniture and that everything needed was provided. And we loved the fact that there was air conditioning in every room. The location is great as well because the beaches are in walking distance (~ 15 min). To take the bus, there is a bus stop nearby (~5 min) or you can walk to the central bus stop (~ 15 min) to get to the other beaches like Zrće or Gajac. So all in all we would definitely book again if we are in the area.

Tri generacije divnih zena brinu o ovom apartmanu i rade to s ljubavlju 💗 - posteljina i rucnici su mirisali predivno, sve je bilo bezprijekorno cisto, najmlada gazdarica nas je docekala i otpratila ujutro na brod zadnji dan, a Barbara i Nadja su bile uvijek na raspolaganju tjekom cijelog boravka, ma +⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bilo nam je predivno, ugostili su nas divni ljudi, a i sama Silba je predivno mjesto za mirni obiteljski odmor 😊 Nadamo se da je i s nase strane sve bilo u redu i da ce nas Barbara, Nadja i Simona rado primiti natrag iduce godine 😆

Nice, clean accommodation. Looks better than in the photos. the apartment has enough privacy from the neighbors. The owner willingly accommodated us upon arrival at the apartment. the great thing is that it is located close to shops, the beach and Zrce

Great apartment, central location. Quiet at night time and the space was huge! We had some trouble getting to the bus station the morning we left and they were extremely helpful!

Biserka war eine äußerst freundliche, unkomplizierte und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Obwohl wir zu dritt ein eher kleines Zimmer hatten, war es sehr gemütlich, hatte alles, was man braucht und entsprach somit vollständig unseren Vorstellungen. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und besonders gefallen hat uns der kleine schattige Balkon, welcher von Weinreben umgeben war. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Wonderful apartment with beautiful terrace. The center of Novalja is few minutes by car.

Ivančica hat uns sehr lieb in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung war modern und sauber, vor allem das Badezimmer war top :) Vorhanden war wie in der Beschreibung eine Grundausstattung in der Küche und ausreichend Handtücher im Badezimmer. Es befindet sich unterhalb der Wohnung eine weitere Wohnung, die möglicherweise genutzt wird. Als wir da waren, war niemand vor Ort. Insofern hatten wir auch den Außenbereich für uns alleine, hier findet man sowohl einen großen Esstisch als auch eine Loungeecke zum Entspannen :) Die Umgebung ist landschaftlich sehr schön, man hat sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer direkt vor Ort. Zudem ist die Nachbarschaft sehr ruhig, außer den Schafen hört man hier selten jemanden :) wir konnten uns gut erholen. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen. Süßes kleines Haus mit einem wunderschönem großen Garten direkt im Zentrum, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Das Bett ist super bequem und es gibt Moskitonetze. Die Terrasse ist super schön. Alles super:-) Die Küche und die Couch bräuchten ein Update. Aber hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin! Wirklich top!!! Wenn das gehen würde, würde ich 10 Sterne nur für sie geben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hebben een week doorgebracht in het huis van Tomislav en Jelena. We waren te vroeg, maar mochten al wel komen. Het huis staat op een mooie, rustige plaats. Er is een eigen prive parkeerplaatsen. Rondom zijn allemaal vakantiehuizen, maar daar heb je geen last van van. In recensies staat dat de zee op 20 meter is. Ik denk iets langer dan 20 meter, maar heel goed te doen. Je loopt een steil paadje tussen twee huizen door naar beneden en je bent bij de zee. Daar staan 4 ligbedden en een zonnescherm voor je klaar. Het water is heel helder en je kunt mooi de vissen bewonderen. Het huis is netjes en in alle kamers een airco. Douche is ook heel netjes (volgens mij niet lang geleden opgeknapt).

Ubytování bylo krásné,jen jsme byli překvapeni, že dole bydleli Domovů rodiče.Ale prakticky jsme o nich nevěděli a byli velice hodní.

Wir waren fast 5 Wochen von Juli bis August mit der Familie bei Ivan. Es können dort wirklich große Familien wohnen. Das Haus ist abseits des Zentrums gelegen, was wir zur Entspannung sehr genossen haben. Das Zentrum von Vir bietet sehr viel an, falls gewünscht. Das Haus bietet in zwei Räumen eine Klimaanlage. Das war bei den warmen Temperaturen sehr hilfreich. Das Haus ist komplett mit einer halbhohen Mauer umgeben und mit einem Tor verschlossen , so dass es für Kinder sehr sicher und geschützt ist, da sich vor dem Haus eine Straße befindet. Es gibt am Haus zwei Terrassen auf den sich wechselnd die Sonne befindet und zum sonnen und entspannen einlädt. Rundherum ist Natur oder kleine Häuser mit Garten. Ivan hat noch einen extra Garten in dem man sich auf Hängematten entspannen kann. Es können von dort aus viele Wanderungen in die Natur gemacht werden und zu verschiedenen Badebuchten! Ivan war immer erreichbar und hat uns immer geholfen. Werkstattempfehlung, Ausflüge,... vielen Dank!!!

Had a charming and peaceful time at Alma’s villa. Spent a week at the property in search for off the beaten path jem and the place totally match our expectations. Great Mediterranean wild nature and plenty of silence all around. Also, Alma proved to be super helpful in providing with support and tips! A suggestion for the host: a pair of extra towels would be appreciated for a week-long stay.

Ivan hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und uns seine Hilfe für alles angeboten. Wir habe 2 Wochen mit 2 Kindern in der Wohnung verbracht und uns super wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht, wir mussten diesmal nichts an Extras für die Wohnung besorgen. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Spülmaschine ist einfach Gold Wert und hat uns wertvolle Zeit geschenkt 😉😁 Eine der vielen kleinen Strandbuchten ist in ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Dort ist es eher ruhig und gar nicht überfüllt. toll ist es dass in der nähe ein Taxiboot für 3€ p.P. von der Promenade in die Stadt Rab fährt, sogar bis Nachts... Der Sandstrand in Lopar ist in ca 20 Minuten erreichbar. Geschäfte gibt es auch relativ in der nähe, aber eher mit dem Auto oder Rad erreichbar. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit. Unser Fazit: Eine blitzblank saubere Wohnung, eine sehr netter und freundlicher Gastgeber! Danke für diesen tollen Urlaub auf der Insel Rab!

We had a really great and pleasant stay at Marins apartment. He is very helpful and we could even rent a car easily. He even sends me the jacket home because i forgot it 🙂 he also had great tips for the island and the apartment is perfectly located right at the sea. Definetly worth a visit especially with the big terrace! Thank you!

Alloggio accogliente e vicino al centro, perfetto per 3 persone

La casa é in un‘ottima posizione. In 10 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia sotto casa, in auto con soli 5 minuti abbiamo visitato spiagge migliori. L’abitazione era pulita, in ordine e rispecchiava perfettamente quel che ci era stato mostrato in foto. Eravamo in 7 ragazzi giovani e abbiamo trovato molte attività nella zona. L‘Host é stato cordiale e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni su dove andare a mangiare e che spiagge visitare. É stato un piacere alloggiare nell’abitazione di Doris

Sanel si è subito dimostrato molto gentile e affidabile , tempo di risposta molto breve . Eravamo un gruppo di ragazzi , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Vicino al centro , pieno di cose da fare . Ringraziamo veramente Sanel per averci fatto scoprire questo posto fantastico . Grazie .

Sanja was great and the apartment was extremely nice and in a great location. If we’re ever back in Novalja we’ll certainly come back.

We stayed in Ante's house for a 2 weeks in August and would highly recommend this host. He is very responsive to the slightest request and knows all the right places to go. What's more, he's very friendly, and we'd like to thank him for his good humour throughout our stay. The swimming pool was a real bonus with the summer heat!

Iva was a really welcoming host. He showed us the apartment and surroundings, and made us feel like home. The beach is literally in front of the house with a clean entrance to the sea. In addition , he has a little helper, dog named Laika. As owners of dogs, we were really happy how she welcomed our dog and played together. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would highly recommend it if you want a peaceful vacation.
