This is a lovingly restored and very well equipped house with a beautiful terraced garden with private swimming pool and ping pong. The property also has a gym area and is a few minutes walk from a restaurant. There is a large living room and kitchen, furnished with interesting period country furniture and 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twin rooms & 2 bathrooms, sleeping 6 people. There is a work out area in the garden for the guests to use and also a fabulous dining balcony set off the kitchen.

Casa Melograno is a carefully renovated stone farmhouse. To get to the house, there is a small uphill road that is not suitable for low-suspension cars, and the first 5 metres are for experienced drivers. The swimming pool has a terrace and a wooden pergola, deckchairs and parasols. The whole is completed by Tuscan furnishings with stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A large private garden completes the property.

The property "Il Melograno" is surrounded by a garden with fruit trees in a private park with swimming pool and solarium area with sun loungers and parasols. Villa Natura is located within this property and consists of a large double bedroom overlooking the garden - wardrobe, sofa and TV - bathroom, kitchen, private outdoor veranda, garden, air conditioning/heating. Shared services: swimming pool, barbecue, parking. In response to COVID-19, this property offers sanitized premises.

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.
