The property consists of two housing units of 60 square meters each, 300 meters from the beach, with a covered and furnished veranda, large green space, outdoor shower, barbecue and panoramic view. It is equipped with wi-fi, air conditioners, hairdryer, iron, oven. On the ground floor there is a living room/kitchen with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a shower; on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The rate includes a weekly supply of bed linen, bathroom and kitchen.

Casa Carrubbo is one of the 4 houses located inside the residence, (Casa Limone, Pino Salice) are the other houses, Villa degli Ulivi is a residence with a swimming pool (the pool is always in operation). Our guests are entitled to a parking space inside the gate. You can walk to the beach.
