Di nuovissima costruzione, si trova a quattro passi dalla parte più bella spiaggia di Budoni. Ha un'accogliente zona soggiorno con cucina separata, una camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno, una camera con letti singoli ed un altro grande bagno. E' circondata da un ampio giardino, la veranda coperta si affaccia sulla grande piscina privata.
