perfect stay as we had a wedding close by. Ticks all the boxes. cosy home and was really like being home from home. The patio was great to sit outside for a cuppa. Very peaceful location and Sam was so helpful. she even gave us a lift to our wedding which was so kind and really was a lovely lady.

Had a fab stay at Lower Orchard. Immaculately clean and well presented. Nice touch of scones, jam and cream waiting for us in the fridge and a welcome courtesy call from Richard the owner who lives next door. Lovely peaceful location and only an easy mile walk down to Hope Cove for a drink and meal in one of the two eateries there. The accommodation was ideal for us and lovely and clean with everything we needed in a home from home. Great location to explore what South Devon has to offer and lovely and quiet for a good nights sleep in the comfy bed. Would highly recommend and would happily stay here again should we venture this way in the future.

This is such a lovely cottage to stay in. Its in a sunny quiet hidden corner of South Milton and the cottage itself is full of charm, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Thank you for a lovely stay- we were very sad to leave.

We stayed for a long weekend with our dog and only wish it had been for longer. It's so peaceful, and with walks right from the door it was exactly what we needed. Richard and Eva were both so friendly and offered great recommendations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we hope to return another time.
