You can cook on an outside firepit, we provide pots, pans, and cutlery, and also wood, and water from our source. You have free access to the lake, canoes, and free sessions at the sauna. Sjöstugan ligger vid Björköfjärden, Bottenhavet. Sommartid finns det tillgång till liten motorbåt som ligger vid bryggan. Runt stugan finns ett trädäck. Byggnadsår 2009. Huset har fullt utrustat kök och diskmaskin, kyl och frys, badrum med dusch och toalett. Huset har ett sovrum med ställbara sängar och kök/vardagsrum med bäddsoffa och ett loft med två madrasser. Utomhus finns bord och solstolar. Vintertid när isen ligger är det utmärkt läge för vinterfiske, skridsko eller skidåkning.

Within walking distance of 800 meters from Skatan's idyllic fishing village is our holiday home. Private plot with large grass lawn. Many getaways are in the surroundings. Closest to Skatan's cafe and restaurant that will, among other things, offer jazz evenings this summer. Galtström's mill is also a popular excursion destination with an old working environment with harbor and swimming at Vitsand. In Junibodsand and Lörudden there are also nice summer restaurants.

Welcome to Bergsåker, which is 10 minutes by car to Sundsvall city center. The bus runs regularly and stops on the road to the city outside Mittuniverstetet. Here you live in a completely renovated courtyard house with kitchen, bathroom and a double bed. If you want to get to Birsta shopping center, it is only a straight distance of about 10 minutes by car, then you are there. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included in the rent. Free parking in the yard.
