Villa Carla is an over 100-year-old stone Istrian house with the comfort of the present time. It is located in a quiet location, in nature next to a vineyard, only 5 km from the city of Koper. Our grandparents and great-grandparents lived in it... including grandmother Carla (nona Carla), after whom the villa was named. From the old days, a typical well in which there was never a shortage of water and two old trees that you will immediately notice; cypress and mulberry. Get to know the magical Istria!

Wake up to uninterrupted sea views, enjoy breakfast on the spacious terrace and end the day with unforgettable sunsets. This modern first-floor apartment sleeps up to 6 guests and offers peace, comfort and a prime beachfront location. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds that can be joined. Baby cot available on request. Free parking. Just a short walk to Umag’s centre, beaches, restaurants and shops. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.
