Pleasant stay. Bed really comfortable. Nice touches like leaving shower gel and plates in wardrobe. Good communication.

Great place to stay in this district of London. very clean and spacious, hosts were very friendly and fast to respond, all amenities worked well. Some good restaurants and shops around, bus stop right at the house, and close to Gants Hill station, too. Thanks for our pleasant stay!

Fantastic property very close to the Gants Hill tube with a range of shops in the immediate area. The property inside was immaculate, however, the building itself was not the same standard. Property was on second floor with no lift (which was known) but the stairs were a fairly tight and steep spiral staircase with handrails on most but not all of it and so required a degree of care. This was our only concern with the property. I would definitely stay here again, although if we were planning to be mainly in the centre of London I'd probably stay closer in to reduce the travel time as it was usually taking 45 minutes each way so travel did cut into our time. I would like to call out Yasmin who was super responsive and sorted a hot water issue instantly. It was due to us turning off a master switch in error but her knowledge of the property was clear given the instant reply. Yasmin also graciously assisted with a query when we were checking out which was very much appreciated.

It's a super cosy, very clean place in Gants Hill, you have everything you need and you can be in the center with a 20-30 minute tube ride. Carl was very nice and attentive to our needs, thanks for everything!
