The home is in a great neighborhood that features a nice garden and playground with swimming pools, golf courses and a sports arena nearby. Reykjavik is a short drive away providing access to museums and exquisite restaurants. This is one of the safest place you can find in the city. We recommend to rent a car at the airport (KEF). It's easy to find your ways with a smartphone. If you don't have internet on your smartphone you can use our GPS (Garmin), it's in the apartment in the top drawer under the TV. Swimming pool, hot tubs, gym and golf courses very nearby. Heidmork, one of the most beautiful nature area near the city is nearby. Perfect for walking or cycling. Supermarkets, bakeries, stores and restaurants are near. A new supermaket (Kronan) is in walking distance.

Modern 35 m2 studio in a residential neighborhood. It is located in a separate house on our private property. It has a huge garden, a private patio with a BBQ. It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. Stay in the peaceful and charming Alftanes (Gardabaer), which we call "The countryside within the city". It is a family friendly neighborhood, we are located right between downtown Reykjavik (15 min. drive) & The Blue Lagoon (20-25 min. drive). & Kef intl. airport 30-35 mín drive. If this area is good enough for The President of Iceland to live, it probably is for you too! This is a quiet family area, and the ocean is right behind our property with beautiful views over Reykjavík.

Gardabaer is 10 minutes drive from Reykjavik, and very close to bus stop stations, close to see and walking path all way to Reykjavik and Hafnarfjordur. Lot of beutiful hikings trails close by for example Heidmork. The space In the master bedroom ca. 10m2 180x200 bed. In the living room one 140x200 bed and sofa bed 120x200.
