Studio indépendant au calme

Situé dans un village provencal près de la Montagne Sainte Victoire, du Garlaban, Sainte Baume et du Parc national des calanques de Cassis, idéal pour des randonnées pédestres. Aix en Provence (ville culturelle ) à 20 minutes, bord de mer (Cassis, La Ciotat et Marseille) à 30 minutes en voiture. Vous apprécierez ce studio au calme de plain pied, ensoleillé avec vue sur Jardin et piscine (eau salée de 10x5) et également pour sa situation géographique. Parking à l'intérieur de notre maison.

Au centre d Aix en Provence, très belle villa de plain-pied dans un quartier résidentiel, a une quinzaine de minutes à pied de l hypercentre. Entourée d arbres et de plantes, et équipée de larges baies vitrées sur quatre cotés, l immersion en pleine nature et la vue sur la montagne Sainte Victoire sont exceptionnelles. La villa est située a 5 minutes à pied du Terrain des Peintres et de l Atelier Cézanne. Idéale pour 2 a 8 personnes, villa disponible tout au long de l année, climatisation.

Petite maison en bois climatisée

Small independent wooden house on 2 levels (28 m2 in total), behind our own house. Parking in front of the house. 100 m from shops, 150 m from the bus stop. It is more suitable for 2 people (but 4 beds possible (140/190 bed on the 1st floor + 140/190 sofa bed on the ground floor, small children's convertible). Big dogs would be a problem in this small space! Broadband internet but no TV! Sheets ,towels provided and basic products (coffee, tea, household products, toilet paper, etc.)
