Holiday rentals with a patio in Garden City

This updated condo at Ideal Beach was fantastic! I have stayed at Ideal Beach since the 80’s. I loved the updates they made to this condo. New kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer and AC! Ideas beach is such a family friendly place to stay. I wish the resort could keep up with all the crowds and that everyone would help keep the beach cleaned for all to enjoy.

Gorgeous place to stay at Ideal Beach! If you’ve stayed anywhere else in the me resort, you know the units can be really hit and miss. This place was a total hit. Renovated nicely, very well stocked kitchen and having the added bonus of a washer and dryer was great. There were a few camp chairs and beach towels available for use- which is not something you generally find in the Ideal Beach rented units. I hope to get this unit again in the future!

Jonathan did a great job of providing a very clean, beautiful home that met our expectations and more. He put up a Christmas tree as a welcoming touch that we really enjoyed as we spent the holidays there with our family. It was a great experience.

Loved this house! It was so great for our group, had everything we needed and the rooms were huge. Great location and the private beach access was so nice! Thanks again, we will be back again!

We had a great time! It is built for large groups, which was so fun for our large family! Very clean. A lot of beach towels available. Host was super easy to contact and we had no issues whatsoever.

I was with a group of women for a women's retreat, the space was perfect for our purpose, spacious and bright environments, the view of the lake is simply sensational, in short we loved it and want to go back

We enjoyed our stay here. We had 9 people total and felt like we were not on top of each other. The house is located in a great area and having access to Ideal Beach was nice. All in all, this was a great house for the price.

Reed’s home was the perfect place for us on our visit to Bear Lake. Very clean and well cared for. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the deck with our morning coffee and chilling out after a full day at the lake. Would definitely return, and would highly recommend Reed’s home if you are ever visiting the Bear Lake area!

This home was perfect for our 22 wedding anniversary getaway ❤️ The views are breathtaking and the hot tub was perfect! We had planned on roasting smores but It snowed and rained most of our stay so it was a muddy mess so we didn't end up roasting anything but we did walk down by the fire pit and it's a pretty area. We loved using the Grill for dinners each night. The kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much anything and everything you will need. Both bedrooms have beautiful views and the beds was very comfortable! The only negative thing I would say about our stay is the construction from the home that's getting built right in front of the Airbnb. The weekend was nice and quiet and Monday wasn't to bad but Tuesday it was really loud and lots of workers everywhere. *The construction won't last forever and I know it's out of Brent's control* I would HIGHLY recommend this home to any one that's looking for a romantic getaway or just some breathtaking views!

Enjoyed our short stay here. It was clean and cozy :) If ever in the area again we’d stay here again!

This place was super cute and fun! Cindy was amazing about sending clear directions and instructions. The hot tub was really nice, it was clean too. We loved our stay! The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. It didn’t really affect our stay, but just good information to pass on!
