Small 43 m² apartment in the quiet area of St Firmin. One bedroom with 1 bed for 2 and 1 2-seater sofa bed in the living room area. 3 windows facing east. Ideal for relaxing in the evening after many excursions (nature or culture) offered by our surroundings. TV, Wi-Fi, full kitchen (2-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, hood evacuating to the outside, fridge, dishwasher). Large bathroom with toilet, washing machine and ironing facilities. You can have a pleasant stay in this atypical accommodation due to its height (1 m 95) ,as in all the houses of this fireplace area from the 55s . We have made it a cozy little nest as we like to find it when we travel. Very nice spacious apartment on the first floor of a large historic bourgeois house. It is located next to Place Voltaire in the historic center and next to the arenas. You face the street side facing east. 10 minutes from the train station, 2 minutes from the arenas, 10 minutes from Luma. You have Wi-Fi.
