Studio completely renovated in the spring of 2022, to better accommodate you, new furnished 35 square meters with 18 square meters terrace located on the first floor in a quiet property 5 minutes drive from the center of Uzès. Bright room with comfortable double bed and two single bunk beds. Kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and everything you need to cook small dishes from the region. Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Charcoal barbecue available for grilling and tasting Uzès rosé. Shared washing machine. Closed and private parking. Private pool, bowling, trampoline and ping-pong to share. You have the option to enter or exit the accommodation independently; the keys will be deposited in a code box. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. The village of Montaren, the vineyards, the olive groves, nature are all close to your accommodation. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city, admire the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, canoe, climb and swim in the Gardon, meet the potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and if you go a little further you can visit Avignon and Nîmes located 30 minutes away. Our description is far from exhaustive, everyone can visit the surroundings according to their tastes and desires. To get here, by car, the A7 and A9 highways are nearby, by train, Avignon and Nîmes TGV station are 30 minutes away, by plane, Nîmes airport is 30 minutes away, bus between Nîmes and Uzès is about 1.5 euros. Small Modern and Industrial LOFT.

Small new Industrial and Modern style LOFT of 40 m2 for 2 people (but possibility to sleep 1 child on the extra sofa.) This Loft is located on a Wine Estate in the heart of the vineyards. It is attached to the owners' bastide but totally independent. The entrance is to the north of the bastide. Access to the owners' swimming pool (from 07/01 to 09/15) and the petanque court every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. On the day of your arrival, the swimming pool is accessible until 7 p.m.

Charming and Peaceful house, 5 min from Avignon...

It is a very old little house which was part of the abbey in the Middle Ages. It was the monk ancient independant cell who was in charge of the vegetable garden of the monastery. In order to reach it, you must go through the monumental portal of the monastery in the little street where the workshops of the Chartreuse are located! It is available from April 1st till October 31st (during winter, the guests travel themselves to discover the world with Airbnb. fr of course!)

Our cozy, fully furnished apartment in the green Cévennes is ideal for hiking, canoeing, biking, visiting old villages, swimming in the pristine rivers, etc. The Provencal markets are great. The stores are 2.5 km away. Located on the border of Ardéche, Gard and Lozère, you will find so much to discover nearby that you will definitely want to come back. Sheets, bath and kitchen linens are included. We live on the lower floor of the house and are very discreet.

There is easy access to the beaches, and the famous ‘ Camargue’ region. We are minutes from a beautiful pine forest and surrounded by vineyards. It's a great place for walking, biking and hiking and ideally situated for sightseeing.
