Frédéric is a responsive and available host. The house is well equipped and tastefully furnished. It is very well located in Labenne Océan (beach and shops on foot). The stay went very well for my mom who was coming to visit us.

This home is a safe haven. No noise and not overlooked. A very large house and very well equipped and very clean. We had a great time. Sophie is welcoming and very professional. Recommended without a second thought.

Cute and very enjoyable accommodation. Very peaceful and quiet place. My first reflection when I saw the little wooden house I immediately said to myself "it's the little house on the meadow" 😁I really liked it. And if I go back to Mimizan, I'll go back.

We were hosted very well by Bertrand who was very responsive throughout the stay, as soon as we had a question or problem. The space was exactly as described, with good facilities and good beds. The presence of air conditioning in each room is a plus. The proximity to other families who were staying nearby went well, and we were able to enjoy the pool at our leisure. Finally, one of the big highlights of the accommodation is its location in the middle of the hills, away from the hustle and bustle and allowing you to really find yourself.

This house is particularly nice, well laid out, with all the comforts expected. We enjoyed the space, the amenities, and the location. We highly recommend this listing. Thanks again to Marguerite, Marc and Pascale.

Very nice welcome. Small independent house comfortable and tastefully decorated. Quiet and peaceful environment . Small secluded garden much appreciated by our dog.

The apartment is just as in the photos: spacious, well kept, clean and very nice. It has everything you need to make your stay perfect, nothing is missing. Special mention to the bed in the master bedroom, the pillows and the duvet… very comfortable!! And it's appreciated. The great location too, a very quiet village but close to others with more atmosphere if you want, also close to the ski resorts and surrounded by magnificent routes. Communication with the owner was a 10, we were able to talk to him and he was very understanding of our needs. We can only recommend the house and if we find it available again, we will surely stay here again!!! To mention one drawback: if it had WiFi it would be perfect, but it's already in the ad so it's no surprise

The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, comfortable and located in a quiet area, while being perfectly served by public transport and bicycles (terminals in the immediate vicinity). We had a great weekend with friends! The cottage is very friendly and warm, you feel really good there. Hélène was very responsive to our questions and access to the accommodation. We found inside something to troubleshoot in case of forgetting (shower gel, oil, vinegar ...) which is very convenient. We will be happy to come back to this little corner of Ariège where there are many beautiful things to discover!

We had a pleasant stay in a home as described. Just in terms of the equipment, there was no washing machine but Ophelia gave us access to her machine. The place is functional, it felt good, I enjoyed the bathroom and the large bedroom. The place is peaceful and really next to Bagnères de Luchon. I found the location really convenient because it allows quick access to the gondola to go up to the ski resort, without being in the center and enjoying a quieter environment. Finally, Ophélie is a very friendly host, present to answer our questions and discreet at the same time.

Awesome host. The house is so beautiful and shamefully decorated and really well thought out. The beds are super comfortable. It is so quiet and yet you are quickly by car shopping and at the beach, which is fantastic. We loved it and want to come back. PERFECT😃
