Families with children are most welcome, as the house is equipped with all necessary amenities (high chair, baby bathtub, games, etc.). For remote workers, there is a Wi-Fi network available. Located just 10 minutes from Vic-Fezensac, 30 minutes from Marciac and its renowned jazz festival, 1h30 from Toulouse Airport

Lovely, spacious, light-filled home with beautiful views over the Gers countryside. Enjoy independent access, a private bathroom, kitchen area and two sofas overlooking a huge picture window. One sofa is a sofa -bed which would allow up to six people to share. Outside there is a gorgeous pool and large garden area plus a huge wooden table under the shade of two big trees. Available: table tennis, trampoline, snowshoes, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12 m x 6 m, open from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Upstairs, two bedrooms each comprising, of choice, two single beds or a double bed. The independent entrance, is made from the courtyard where a garden table is provided in the warm weather. You will always find shade in the courtyard The heating for the seasons is provided by a reversible air conditioning.

Various activities are available to you, including a private on-site jacuzzi, farm tours, walks in the city center You could also let yourself be seduced by the magnificent sunrise and sunset from our panoramic living room. The mill sleeps four people max.
