Holiday rentals with a patio in Garrard County

Great location! Walking distance to campus and downtown. Spent a wonderful weekend with family visiting my son that goes to UK. Would highly recommend!

My husband, dog, and I enjoyed our 4 nights at Nena's duplex. We liked the location--easy to drive to Frankfort and to nearby distilleries and restaurants. The fenced backyard was great for our dog. This was our first trip to the area, and we liked being in Lawrenceburg.

A horse-lover’s dream stay and immaculately outfitted! When I say this is one of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed in (after staying in them in 30+ countries), I’m not exaggerating. Not only did it feel like a designer’s home, but we were greeted with a welcome basket with local drinks, snacks, and personalized note; a bathroom with many fluffy towels, complete with fresh toothpaste, toothbrushes, mouthwash, makeup wipes, and floss if you forgot, plus a hairdryer, flat iron AND curler. The kitchen had any appliance you could dream of, plus ground coffee AND pods. There were plenty of blankets, pillows, and linens throughout and the most charming equestrian touches everywhere. Plus the location is incredible with tons of walkable restaurants right next door. Don’t hesitate to book this spot!

Enjoyed our stay! The host was very helpful and accommodating. Apartment was cute and super clean. It was perfect for our overnight stay in Lexington. Walkable to restaurants and downtown.

Everything was excellent for the night we stayed. My Mom wanted to "steal" the pillow she used as she thought is was the "best pillow ever". Everything was clean, there was plenty of stocked items like towels, bottled water, small snacks...it was also a short jaunt to the best restaurants in Versailles and only 10 minutes from Keeneland. My only complaint was the stairs, although people with decent knees that didn't walk all day taking photos will have no issue. I found them to be steep, but my 69yo Mom had no issue navigating them! Parking out back is fine and felt quite safe.

If you're looking for a beautiful place to just decompress and relax, this place is for you. The residence is located in a rural community with beautiful surroundings. Nice restaurants just a short drive away. We found several in the town of Danville. This was my first trip to Eastern Kentucky and absolutely fell in love with it. The owners are wonderful people and were able to answer any questions that we may have had. I will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelled good upon arrival. Beds were VERY comfortable and bedding super soft. The giant walk-in shower in the big bedroom was the bomb with the oversized shower head. We really liked the screened-in porch (with a tv!) The property was private and quiet. We are older folks who didn’t attempt the very steep stairs to the water, but the view was great from the deck. We enjoyed antique shopping in Danville and Harrodsburg. Cattleman’s, Drakes and the Red Rooster were all good restaurants. An over all great stay!

The back deck is incredible. We didn’t want to leave because it was such a tranquil oasis.

This was an absolute GEM of a place to stay! Surrounded by the beautiful rolling farm hills, Scott provided everything we could have needed and made this feel like home. The layout is great and spacious, LOVED the fully stocked kitchen, the beautiful views from every window…and the pinball machine was the icing on top. Would definitely stay again!

My family and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful cabin in Kentucky! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how peaceful and private the setting was — tucked away in nature, it felt like our own little slice of heaven. The interior was newly renovated and absolutely spotless. Everything was thoughtfully designed and felt both cozy and modern at the same time. The new appliances were a great touch and made our stay super convenient — from cooking meals to enjoying a quiet morning coffee, everything we needed was right there. This is the perfect spot if you're looking to unplug, relax, and soak in the tranquility of nature without sacrificing comfort. We’ll definitely be back — can’t recommend it enough!

This is a perfect location if you are attending an event at Rupp Arena. Callahan was very responsive and helpful.

Place was great. Very convenient for any event in downtown (Rupp Arena for us). The traffic on Broadway could be a little loud at times and the bathroom doors creaked very loudly when opening/closing; loud enough to disrupt others sleeping. Otherwise, hard to beat.

Only needed to contact Wesley once. He answered immediately and it was just something I missed in an e-mail! He was very gracious! Everything went very well! Thank you Wesley!

Another great AirBnB experience with a nice owner helping create a really nice experience from start to finish. Place looks just as pictured, very clear and well appointed. Finally the location was close to everything we were heading to.
