In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. The 120 m² property features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, three TVs, a washing machine, and a dryer. You will also find an air fryer, toaster, and coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra charge.

The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Our unique property is located in the beautiful Artland between meadows and fields. In the area you will find quaint small towns for half-timbered lovers and small farms with farm shops and restaurants to stop by after an extended bike tour or longer walks. In comfortable beds, you can sleep deeply and relaxingly in peace and seclusion. Guests with children and/or four-legged family members are welcome.

It is spread over 2 floors, downstairs is the living room, kitchen, bedroom 1 as well as bathroom 1 and access to the terrace with garden. Here they can relax and enjoy the tranquility. On the 1st floor there are the 2 other bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.

This unique place has a style all its own. On 85 square meters, the cozy living room with open kitchen, a small office and the pretty guest toilet are located on the first floor. The staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a comfortable sofa bed and a TV. The bedroom has a spacious box-spring bed and the directly adjacent bathroom.

In the middle of Oldenburg above the rooftops

The apartment is located in the attic of our house. This can only be reached via stairs on the fourth floor (no elevator) and you have a magnificent view over the roofs of Oldenburg. If you arrive by car, please let us know in advance, there is parking in front of the house. All public and private areas are non-smoking zones.
