Much of the furniture is antique or from earlier decades – they preserve the original character of the house. The courtyard is lined with old fruit trees and roses – a retreat for nature lovers.

It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Behind the house is a garden.

The house is located in the middle of alisted park, which is only accessible to holiday guests. The property is surrounded on all sides by the "Üselitzer Wiek“, a protected sea bay in the southof Ruegen. All photos in this listing have been taken on the property itself.

Waldwagen

The forest wagon is on the border of our property. You can park the car on our premises, but not directly on the forest car. A forest path leads to the forest wagon. There is no electricity and running water, but full nature. There is an outdoor toilet with heart. Here you are almost undisturbed. (Almost because of the birds!)

Workshop 2

To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
