The duplex apartment is located in a historic pilot house in a small port town near Stralsund. It is only a few meters walk to the water. Suitable for max. 2 adults and one child. On the ground floor is the kitchen with a small dining area and an exit to the terrace. There is also a bathroom with a bath and sauna. In the upper part is the living-bedroom with a wooden beamed ceiling, a double bed and a sofa bed ( about 80x190cm).

The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
