Studio für 2 Personen im sonnigsten Quartier von Grächen. Das Studio ist bestens ausgerüstet, damit Sie in den Ferien so richtig entspannen können. Das Appartement wurde im Dez 2019 neu eingerichtet. Unseren Gästen steht eine grosse Terrasse zur alleinigen Benutzung zur Verfügung, von welcher Sie einen herrlichen Ausblick auf die umliegende imposante Bergwelt haben. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Im Winter können geübte Skifahrer direkt von der Piste aus bis vor das Ferienhaus fahren.

Mit Auto: 40 Minuten nach Zermatt 40 Minuten nach Saas Fee 5 Minuten nach Grächen 10 Minuten St Niklaus Das Chalet verfügt über eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche mit Fondue- und Raclette Gerät und einen gemütlichen Kamin für den Winter. Im Sommer können Sie an den nahe gelegenen Feuerstellen grillen (siehe Fotos).

3 Minuten Fussmarsch ab Bahnhof, kostenloser Privatparkplatz 290 m entfernt vorhanden. 2023 wurde die ganze Wohnung komplett fertig renoviert und modernisiert. Unser Mehrfamilienhaus besteht aus mehreren Wohnungen an erhöhter Lage und ist in ein paar wenigen Schritten vom Dorfkern aus über das typische Gässchen des charmanten Walliserdorfes gut erreichbar. Kein Autoverkehr, Einkaufsgeschäft und Restaurant 20 Meter entfernt Inklusive Waschmaschine und Trockner. Keine Haustiere erlaubt.

It is equipped for 5-6 people and is the ideal starting point for the Grächen and Zermatt ski resorts. In summer, it is centrally located for countless hikes and bike tours. 50 m next to the apartment is the bus stop for Grächen or also to the nearby train station St. Niklaus. Approx. 10 min. walk. 30 meters next to the apartment is a grocery store (Migros). Free parking space.

Access by car, parking with electric car charging station. My accommodation is close to family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the location. Here in the Saas Valley, adults must pay CHF 10.5 and children between the ages of 6 and 16 must pay CHF 5.25 in summer. At this price, all buses in the valley and practically all mountain railways can be used free of charge. In winter, the tourist tax costs 7 Fr. for adults and children pay 3.75 Fr. In this price the ski bus is free in winter. Breakfast available on request.
