Our newly renovated 4.5 room vacation home is located in the Matter Valley in the village of St. Niklaus. It is equipped for 5-6 people and is the ideal starting point for the Grächen and Zermatt ski resorts. In summer, it is centrally located for countless hikes and bike tours. 50 m next to the apartment is the bus stop for Grächen or also to the nearby train station St. Niklaus. Approx. 10 min. walk. 30 meters next to the apartment is a grocery store (Migros). Free parking space.

Im winter empfehlen wir Anreise nur Autos mit 4WD wegen schnee!! 20 min WALK from St Niklaus station(up & Downhill -waydirection see in our profile!) NO TAXI OR BUS FROM THE TRAINSTATION!! Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).
