Perfect place if you are fond of cross-country skiing. Quiet and peaceful with all necessary amenities. Great laminated instructions in the residence. The kitchen had everything one would need plus some more.

Stayed here for almost 6 weeks, and was a wonderful base! Good place to work, extra desk was added on request. Super nice cottage that we will definitely miss!

Lisebu with Lise and Harald as hosts stand out in several ways. The houses, interiors and fixtures are exciting and give insight into local history and old building customs. Bathroom/laundry room on the other side of the courtyard gives the same impression. The lack of running water strengthens the experience and the solutions are practical inside the house. The surroundings show some of the best Gausdal has to offer nature and impressions, providing various hiking opportunities nearby. Lise and Harald are pleasant and helpful. We will be back :-).

We enjoyed this place very much. We were received very hospitably by Jon on arrival. We spent a lot of time in the cozy kitchen. When we arrived the house was nice and warm. Jon and Hilde were very helpful during the week and provided us with information. Jon also showed us the farm in an enthusiastic way and even made us a sled run. Many thanks also for all the stuff we were allowed to borrow to entertain ourselves in the snow. The location is top and the view beautiful. Many thanks for this great week!
