Must bring your own towels, bed linen and wood for the fireplace. Sunshade in the living room, otherwise free of curtains due to the fantastic views from the bedrooms.

A short distance to Snaufjellet, great hiking opportunities, fishing, swimming and cross-country skiing, in addition to mountain farm life at Håvardsrud and the cultural heritage at Rjukan, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Gaustablikk ski centre is 50 km from the cabin. The cabin is well suited for families and guests who want tranquillity, nature, views and great experiences all year round.

Near the cabin there is a gapahuk, a fishing place that is suitable for everyone. The cabin is close to Tuddal Høyfjell Hotel which is known for its good food and microbrewery with sales of local beer and home baked bread products. Particularly unique is perhaps Gaustatoppen, which is a nice hike up either on foot or by taking the Gaustabanen that goes to the mountain top.

Free Mountain Bus takes you to Gausta/Gaustatoppen only 20 minutes away. The apartment is located in the middle of the city center but still withdrawn from the main street.
