Roy as a host was fantastic. We had a great time. Felt just like we had come to a relatives place. Lovely rooms, clean and well maintained. Excellent service, they really made it easy for us and not once said no to any of our requests. The food prepared by Roy’s staff was excellent and every one of my guests loved the way it was cooked and presented. Having Roy there made the whole stay extremely pleasant. Would love to book again and stay and would highly recommend this place for family gatherings and events.

The Bunglow/Villa is very well maintained with the perfection. Care taker Shanker is kind in nature and guided us about the complete villa without any hesitation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodation is spacious and features a large balcony, ideal for enjoying morning coffee in the refreshing winter air or for relaxing with an evening drink while stargazing. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes a gas connection, facilitating meal preparation. Additionally, the bathroom is fitted with a generously sized geyser, providing ample hot water.

Pictures don't do it justice, it is a great place! Had a birthday party here and it was really great. Place is pretty and spacious inside and outside yet feels cozy too. The caretaker was also very nice and helpful. He was available all the time and didn't create any fuss. Helped us to unlock and room which was accidentally locked late at night.

The stay was amazing. There wasn’t much restrictions. Rooms were clean. Pool and garden area was well maintained. The care taker wasn’t fussy about anything. Overall worth the price

The Villa was exactly as described online and it was picture perfect. It had a specious living room for our family get together and a huge lawn where one could enjoy various sports. Both the caretakers Nikhil and Ankit were extremely kind and helpful, they were on top of the things all the time and took care of everyone’s request.

Good stay overall

Excellent place and plenty of room for everyone. It was winter when we came, so we didn’t get to enjoy the pool and the house was quite cold (no heat) but that was to be expected. The only piece of advice would be to ensure you have enough time to enjoy this magnificent house and its amenities! Gorgeous and very convenient to the airport.

The place is good for private functions and get together. Staff is very cooperative and helpful. Food quality is very good. Recommended

Mr Param and his staff are very warm hosts, you would feel right at home from the very beginning. The place is clean, peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. I had a great time with my colleagues and we’re looking forward to be there again very soon.

We celebrated our son’s first birthday at House of Joy and it was a great place for such occasions, with beautiful lawns, spacious bedroom and living area. Kanika and her were very helpful and proactive since we checked in. One suggestion for the owner, paying additional 2000 for a cooler in the lawn area felt a bit weird. It should be in-house if customer is paying that much.
