In the past year Kalliope has lovingly refurbished this beautiful building, saving where possible many of its original features but also adding some important modern conveniences that make this house not only an atmospheric, but comfortable place to stay at any time of the year. The villa enjoys a unique rural location. Set on a spacious private plot, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! In 2026 there will be two more villas in the area but without obstructing the marvelous rural views. Around April new photos of the area will be available to be uploaded.
