445m2 house ideal for groups. Located in a small and bucolic village in the Catalan Pre-Pyrenees, it is the perfect place for a few days of relaxation and disconnection from the city's daily life. The village no longer has permanent residents, and without any main road crossing it, it has practically no road traffic, which makes it the perfect place to go with children, who can play and run freely through its streets without danger. The magnificent terrace with views, fireplace and BBQ do the rest.

Casa Vella Arrero, is a typical mountain house from the 18th century, completely restored since 2018, where at all times the essence of the typical buildings of the Pyrenees , with stone and wood, has been maintained. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.
