Now, we finally rent out our newly renovated (ready 2022) unique farmhouse of 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave,coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4a. The bathroom farmhouse gem, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs there is the bedroom, 160 bed, a small sofa and armchair as well as swivel smart TV. The farmhouse is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with sea views. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

In Bergby, a small village between Gävle & Söderhamn you'll find this cabin. With only a couple of minutes from the highway E4 you will take yourself to this peaceful getaway faster than a blink. As our guest you are close to restaurants, stores and the amazing nature life this village offers. The cabin offers a big kitchen, WC with shower & washing machine and a lot of social spaces. Three adults sleep comfortable and extra beds can be provided upon request. Towels and bedsheets is included.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Lake cottage with all the amenities by the fishing lake.

A home closer to the water is probably hard to find. Taking the boat or in winter time going out to Holmen outside to grill and watch the sunset is an extra plus. Please also refer to my guidebook that is in my profile. The internet works well with mobile broadband via Telia and others. Winter info: Romme Alpin and Kungsberget are slalom slopes 65 km away. Ryllshyttebacken is a nice family hill 12 km away. 2-4 kicks are available to borrow.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

This cottage offers a peaceful and natural accommodation by a spring lake with fresh water, which is well suited for washing and hygiene. The cottage is of a simpler standard and lacks high voltage and hot shower. The power supply is via a 12-volt system, which is sufficient for simpler lighting. However, the capacity is limited. There is the possibility to charge mobile phones via sockets, as well as access to TV with DVD.

Cottage nearby sea and forest.

10 min walking distance from the sea. 1 café, 1 restaurant open during the summer and weekends. 2-3 minute walk to bus stop. 10 minutes by car to golfcourse (with restaurant). Cyclepath all the way in to Gävle city. Towels and cleaning is included in price. Parking in the yard. Pets are welcome but not in the beds. Beds are ready when you arrive. Host lives in house next to cabin. Welcome !

Härbre with its own dock

Furnished cabin, no electricity and water. Simple kitchen with small gas refrigerator, gas stove and water tank. Stove with plate. Outdoor toilet and private dock. Double bed on the sleeping loft and bunk bed that is best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for SEK 25/set.

Cabin with sauna and hot tub

Cozy cottage with fresh decor. Bathroom with shower, kitchen, living room and bedroom. There is a sauna and a hot tub by arrangement. Towels and sheets are available for hire. Nearby there are very good fishing opportunities and nice nature with hiking trails in Farbofjärden national park.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Close to nature but still not far from society. The cottage is located on the outskirts of a village where the forest takes over. 4 km to the nearest store and 10 km into the city of Sandviken. Nice berries and mushroom spots nearby.
