Now we are finally renting out our newly renovated (completed 2022) unique farmhouse with 1 room and kitchen spread over 2 floors. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, kitchenette with 2 burners, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment. Dining table with room for 4. The bathroom of the courtyard house is a pearl, toilet, sink with large storage bench and shower with glass shower walls. Upstairs is the bedroom, 160 cm bed, a small sofa and armchair and a swivel smart TV. The courtyard house is located in old Gävle, right in the city center with proximity to everything.

Nice house with lake view!

Welcome to rent my nice house in Rättvik/Vikarbyn. The house is newly renovated with a terrace & views of Lake Siljan. The house is located alone at the top of the area with the forest next to the plot for those who want to take a nice walk in the forest. For those who want to enjoy a little extra, there is an outdoor Jacuzzi and sauna down in the bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it is possible to sleep on the sofa or mattress downstairs in the large room. You clean the house & leave it as it was when you arrived. Treat my house with respect.

3 floor villa, 11 beds - RommeAlpin, skiing

In the summer of 2021, this villa with three floors located in a small Dalaby called Bröttjärna, 3 miles west of Borlänge, was completely renovated. The house sleeps 8 people comfortably, but it can accommodate up to 11. Here you will be able to enjoy an open floor plan, cozy dinners and relaxation on the sofa. The village offers a genuine Dala feeling and has a lot to offer for those who like nature and water. And why not visit Tomteland (60 min) or Romme Alpim (45 min) from the accommodation. Don't take the Google Maps route through the forest!

Leksand Åkerö

Welcome to our villa in Leksand! The house is within easy walking distance to both the city center and the beautiful Siljan. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room upstairs. There are also 2 simple extra beds. Modern kitchen, a large living room and dining room. 2 showers 3 toilets. Child-friendly amenities such as a high chair, and toys are in place. The house will not be rented out to younger adults/teenagers. No parties allowed. Close to everything Leksand has to offer, from cultural attractions to adventures.

Welcome to our 150 m² house in beautiful Skålbo. The silence is palpable when you get into the yard. Stunning views over arable land and woodland, a fantastic sunny location, and a newly built terrace with a pool that is open from 15/05 to 15/09. The sauna and hot tub are available all year round. Here, you will find all the amenities for a family or group of up to 10 people. Fireplace, laundry room, good LPG barbecue, five spacious bedrooms, table tennis table and trampoline. All beds are high-quality beds from Kungsängen or Hästens.

Newly built villa in a scenic area close to water and nature. The kitchen is modern in design and fully equipped. The house has a wooden deck of 110 m3 that stretches around the house. A gas grill is available. Large associated parking area with charging post for electric vehicles on the premises. The villa is located 4 km from Storsjöns pearl, Årsunda Strandbad. 30 minutes' drive from Kungsberget Ski resort and 20 minutes from popular Högbo Bruk. Currently, there is only access to the lake in winter.

Mora centrally by the water near outdoor activities

My villa is beautifully located by Dalälven's beach, walking distance to the city center and the Vasa Race finish 1.5 km. Most of the house is newly renovated. If I am in Mora, I will of course help with pick-up & info. Large terrace overlooking the river. It's a large plot of land right by the river. One bathroom with shower and toilet. And a shower cabin in the basement. Nice social areas with plenty of space and fireplace. Code lock so no key is needed. No pets as there are allergies in the family.
