In the heart of Siljansnäs, you will find this small farmhouse with rooming three people. The cottage was renovated in 2023, the bathroom in 2018. Within walking distance, there is a kiosk and grocery store, and a little further up in the village, there is a café, hotel and mini golf. 200 meters from the front door is Byrviken, an excellent swimming area. Within 20 minutes' drive, there is also Tegera Arena, Granberget ski slope and cross-country skiing.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We will charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Cozy little cottage 3 km from Järvsö with great views of the mountain. Here you can enjoy the amazing nature and feeling of being in the countryside. Pump water out of the well, stroll on the gravel road, bike, walk, yes the possibilities are many. The cottage has two balconies where you can enjoy your meals, sunbathe or just get a coffee on the bridge. The neighborhood is perfect for running and biking with nice bike trails. Also possibility of swimming and fishing in nearby lakes. By car, head to Järvsö in 3 minutes.

IF YOU WANT A CHEAP ACCOMMODATION, BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND FIX THE FINAL CLEANING YOURSELF. You can also rent bed linen & bath sheets for SEK 50 per set and you can book final cleaning. Final cleaning for one night costs SEK 300 and SEK 400 for two nights or more. Check-in Monday-Friday from 6pm, Saturday-Sunday can be earlier upon agreement

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Unwind in this unique and tranquil home with the personal decor of Dalastil. The cottage is located with amazing views of Siljan. On the farm, the host couple lives in the house and there is a large garden that provides privacy. The accommodation includes toilet, shower, sauna, charcoal grill and outdoor furniture.
