beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Quiet location. Also ideal for fitters! You have the opportunity to grill and just relax! Two bikes are available! Shopping opportunities: -Hanse Center Bentwisch - Bakery - Dogs allowed Excursion opportunities: -Warnemünde: approx. 17 minutes - Beach Graal-Müritz: about 20 minutes -Karls Erlebnishof: approx. 10 minutes -Vogelpark Marlow: approx. 31 minutes If you have any questions, just let us know. Currently there is a construction site nearby, but it will not affect your stay.

The Boddenbrise vacation home is located in the heart of Ribnitz-Damgarten. With approx. 90 square meters, it can accommodate 4-6 people. We have been delighted to welcome guests since August 2021. On the lower ground floor is the large living room with dining table and unique view of the Bodden, as well as a cozy sofa bed. From the kitchen you come directly into the courtyard of the Boddenbrise. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a second bathroom.

"Kontor" for 2 in the post-socialist manor house

In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country.
