Here there is plenty of peace, wide views of the green surroundings and a pleasant distance to the tourist crowds of the seaside resorts. By car, you can reach the beach of Neuhaus in 8 minutes. By bike, you can ride half an hour through the Ribnitz Forest and through the moor to the large water. From the window you can watch deer and cranes. Day trips can be started from here in all directions.

Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss des Hauses und besteht aus Wohnzimmer,Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Dusche,WC,WT .Eine gemeinschaftlichgenutzte Küche befindet sich auch im Erdgeschoss außerhalb der Wohnung. Die Küche ist für 3FeWo wobei jeder seinen eigenen Kühlschrank,Kaffeemaschine und Toaster hat.Da die Unterkunft sehr zentral gelegen ist kann man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bahn ,Bus und natürlich auch den sehr schönen Strand gut fußläufig erreichen.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. The available property is about 3,000 square meters and has a large garden, a playground with swings, sandbox and trampoline. To the north, there are fields and to the east, the pastures of the Bernsteinreiter riding stable.

The apartment is newly renovated and furnished accordingly. For us, the Baltic Sea has long been our second home and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our holiday apartment. In the bedroom there is room for two and a cot also finds its place.

The apartment is located on the edge of Ribnitz Damgarten on our property, but has a separate entrance and is completely self-sufficient from the main apartment. The apartment was completed in 2023. Unfortunately, the outdoor facilities are not finished yet. 2 km to the Saaler Bodden and 8 km to the Baltic Sea.
