Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Nature (wellness) house

Aan de rand van de Veluwe ligt verscholen tussen de bomen een charmante cottage. Wordt wakker van fluitende vogels met uitzicht over het land. Heerlijk ontspannen in de barrelsauna (10€) of hottub (25€) onder de sterrenhemel. Of gezellig borrelen in de finse kota. In de landelijke omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen of fietsen op de vrolijke tandems. In de buurt zijn ook mtb routes. 2 pers. bed in de slaapkamer, 2 pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer (2 pers. bed in de pipowagen)

The lively fortified town of Elburg is within cycling distance. Or visit larger places Zwolle, Harderwijk or Kampen. The Dolphinarium, the Apenheul and Walibi can be reached within 30 minutes by car. Wellness enthusiasts can go to Sauna de Veluwse Bron in Emst and De Zwaluwhoeve in Hierden.

NEW🌟Guesthouse " The Coach House" with swimming pond

Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free on our property of 4.5 hectares. The view is beautiful and overlooks the meadow. The plot has a large swimming pond with beach, an orchard with flower garden, a field with playground equipment and a meadow. All this accessible to our guests. * Our garden can also be booked as a shooting location

In a truly unique place is our cozy cottage. Where we would like to welcome you. From the cottage you walk through the meadows along the sand paths into the woods into the Wekeromsezand. With a bit of luck you will come across mouflons, roe deer and heather cows. The cottage is fully equipped, fully furnished with a lovely box spring ,dishwasher, washing machine ,radio and TV. In the guesthouse you immediately feel the relaxing atmosphere. Through the use of natural materials and the view of the garden and the animals, you can really experience the countryside. Outside, you can encounter all kinds of animals, like a hare or a pheasant. And of course the chickens and the alpacas. On the lounge set you see from the guesthouse, you can relax. You walk right into the meadow to get to know the alpacas up close.

Welcome to Roos & Beek The cottage is wonderfully quiet in the outskirts of Vaassen on the Nijmolense stream where you can now also follow the Klompenpad of the same name. Or you can cycle to the center, the forest or the Veluwse Bron within a few minutes. But you can of course also take a nice walk in the woods or on the heath. We completely renovated the former baking house in a luxurious rural atmosphere. The enjoyment can start.
