Located in the middle of the Veluwe former carriage house with kitchen, sitting area, and a spacious bedroom. The bathroom has floor heating and a spacious shower. Of course, there is good wifi so the space can also be ideal for "working from home". The carriage house is located on the island of Lunteren and is therefore an ideal base for walking and/or cycling. The forest is 80 meters away. Supermarket a 5-minute walk away and the train station is 400 meters away. Parking is available on your own property.

You will have a private entrance and are our only guest. Silence, space, birds, flowers and nature in the yard of Boerderij Burgstede, which is located on the hiking trail Glindhorsterpad. Sleep well thanks to 2 extra-long beds, the silence and the darkening roller blind. Downstairs: shower, toilet. Upstairs: Kitchen, Bedroom, Living Room. The charming Amersfoort: 13 km and cozy Barneveld: 7 km. NO breakfast, TV, oven, dishwasher. HOWEVER, Wi-Fi, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels, soap, coffee, tea.

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

A Gorgeous Place

Apartment “ a lovely spot” has a wood stove as the main heater. So in case of cold, it has to be fired. Breakfast in the morning sun. The fridge is richly stocked for breakfast, the sandwiches are served in the morning at the desired time. You will sleep on the upper floor, which can be reached via a narrow! spiral staircase. Perfect location for walks and bike rides through forests and nature reserves. Or visit the beautiful Hanseatic cities. Good restaurant, close and in the village.

In the rural area of Barneveld/Lunteren you will find our guesthouse Tante Dora. Accommodates 4 people (+ sleeping accommodation for 5th and 6th guest in living room). In the garden, there are high fruit trees that bloom beautifully in April. On the second floor, you have a wide view of the Gelderse Vallei and the outskirts of Barneveld. The Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. It is fully equipped. Beemte Broekland is set in rural setting between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially at night. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities such as Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car at the house and on request we can provide you with a delicious breakfast. Come and stay!

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Guesthouse bos en heide.

Het guesthouse, geschikt voor 3 gasten, bevindt zich op de 1e verdieping van onze schuur, gelegen achter in onze diepe, vrije tuin en heeft een eigen ingang. Het bestaat uit twee (slaap) kamers, een kitchenette en douche/toiletruimte. Een plek om onder te duiken en te onthaasten. U heeft beschikking over WIFI. Op de oprit van ons huis is er de mogelijkheid om te parkeren. Gelegen in het centrum, zowel bus als treinvervoer op loopafstand.
