Stijlvol appartement onder ons huis, in het souterrain, met een patio en een eigen trap naar beneden. Van alle comfort voorzien, keuken, badkamer, apart toilet, 1 slaapkamer en 1 extra logeerplek (met gordijn, geen deur! Voor max 2 personen). Met de auto ben je in 30 minuten in Amsterdam of Utrecht. Het appartement is op loopafstand van Paleis Soestdijk en station Soestdijk. Dichtbij de bossen en met veel leuke restaurants om de hoek. De ruimte is ook geschikt als werkplek of vergaderruimte.

Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Comfi forest house with spectacular views all around

Zwiethouse is located on Klein Landgoed (1 ha) next to Soestdijk Palace and Drakensteyn Castle. From the forest house (located in privacy), beautiful views into nature! Many birds, also owls, squirrels and you can see regularly deer! Walk/bike (for rent) through the Baarn woods, light a fire at Zwiethouse, to the Soesterduinen, eat pancakes in Lage Vuursche, by bike boat to Spakenburg or shopping in Amsterdam, Amersfoort or Utrecht. De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. The house has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You love a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easily accessible. You can park the car at the house and on request we provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come stay!

Private realm in glorious garden

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Cottage ANders-genieten

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, then you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful for hiking and biking or visiting Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Nature (wellness) house

Aan de rand van de Veluwe ligt verscholen tussen de bomen een charmante cottage. Wordt wakker van fluitende vogels met uitzicht over het land. Heerlijk ontspannen in de barrelsauna (10€) of hottub (25€) onder de sterrenhemel. Of gezellig borrelen in de finse kota. In de landelijke omgeving kunt u heerlijk wandelen of fietsen op de vrolijke tandems. In de buurt zijn ook mtb routes. 2 pers. bed in de slaapkamer, 2 pers. slaapbank in de woonkamer.

Cosy studio in Utrecht centre + free parking

A quiet, stylish studio located in Utrecht with a free parking place. The studio is built above a recently renovated old barn and is located in the garden of a monumental city farm. The studio is entirely for the tenant and is separate from our family house. The studio is accessible from the garden and has its own entrance with a staircase to the first floor. The garden has space to park 1 car for free during your stay.

Wake up among the chirping birds in a Natura 2000 area on the south-Veluwe? Located on a very popular cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to stand within a few hundred meters on the Ginkelse heath. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, forest owls, woodpeckers and hares. In the wood whale, weasels can even be spotted!
