Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

A Gorgeous Place

Apartment “ a lovely spot” has a wood stove as the main heater. So in case of cold, it has to be fired. Breakfast in the morning sun. The fridge is richly stocked for breakfast, the sandwiches are served in the morning at the desired time. You will sleep on the upper floor, which can be reached via a narrow! spiral staircase. Perfect location for walks and bike rides through forests and nature reserves. Or visit the beautiful Hanseatic cities. Good restaurant, close and in the village.

Just 5 minutes from the A28; Amsterdam, Utrecht and Zwolle are 45 minutes away outside rush hour. Quiet city garden, yet right in the centre. Fully equipped kitchen, luxury bathroom, separate bedroom with queen-size bed. Warm, attentive hosts. Ideal for couples, solo travellers and business guests.

Tante Dora

In the rural area of Barneveld/Lunteren you will find our guesthouse Tante Dora. Accommodates 4 people (+ sleeping accommodation for 5th and 6th guest in living room). In the garden, there are high fruit trees that bloom beautifully in April. On the second floor, you have a wide view of the Gelderse Vallei and the outskirts of Barneveld. In the immediate vicinity, clog paths for a walk are cycling junctions for a nice bike ride. And of course musical 40-45 close by!

We offer a pleasant atmosphere, A DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

If you want to relax and decide what you do, you've come to the right place! We have a completely self-contained cottage(45m2) next to our house where you can enjoy. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here it is beautiful hiking and biking or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.

Waking up to the whistling birds in a Natura 2000 area on the south Veluwe? Located on a very beloved cycling route for recreation, hiking, cycling or mountain biking to stand on the Ginkelse Hei within a few hundred meters. Many animals are spotted here in the evening and night: deer, foxes, badgers, squirrels, buzzards, woodpeckers, woodpeckers, and hares. In the wooden wall, even weasels can be spotted!
