The apartment is spacious and has all the commissions, the host was always attentive to the needs even sent us a fan. As for the location it is in a very convenient area near the sea and restaurants, you can also go for a walk and it is quite quiet. Excellent lodging I would definitely go back!

Very nice apartment, with an excellent location very close to downtown and a few blocks from the beach that allows you to walk. It also has a garage , which is very important when you want to use the car. The apartment is in excellent condition , it has utensils of all kinds in the kitchen that makes the day to day very easy to make you feel at home . It also has bed linen, towels and towels in quantity and in excellent condition as well as a washing machine. The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony. Responses to inquiries were always quick and with excellent predisposition, Paula is an excellent host . Super recommended , we will surely return next summer

Everything is excellent! We reserve the depto for the view and the truth that I do not disappoint, the view ofo mar is one of the best that is achieved and with the plus of sunset as well. We had a small inconvenience that Yanina solved instantly and I also allowed us to check out a little later. Super recommended!

the apartment is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable, the apartment has Black out which helps a lot. About 2 blocks away there is a super with everything one may need. The beach literally la escuchas del departamento, a very quiet area, away from the center. I highly recommend it for a family vacation in tranquility

The place seemed very comfortable to us, everything was just like the pictures. Martín very friendly. If they take a lot of things to the beach we recommend going by car, the rest is excellent.

We were 10 friends to spend a long time, the house was super functional, everyone had their bed, the 3 bathrooms helped make sure there were no problems to bathe, the hot water always reached and the spacious spaces it provides are very comfortable. The view from the house is spectacular, with exit to the beach and equipped with everything you need to cook, you really enjoyed the stay.

The house is very nice, it has everything you need to spend beautiful days. We feel quite a musty smell, in the house and in the rain it was more appreciated, that is something of the kind of house. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Everything worked perfectly in the house. I recommend it 100%.

We spent 17 days with my wife, my daughter and 3 friends of her. The house is extremely spacious with a very intimate patio, from which you can appreciate the beauty of the pine forest of Mar Azul. It is 2 blocks from the medano that starts the beach and about 5 or 6 blocks from the center of Mar Azul. you can do everything walking without difficulty. The facilities have details that make a long stay more pleasant (shower with hot water on the patio to remove the sand, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The patio has a part with a very well installed wooden deck and a very wide grill. Highly recommend and would rent it again if given the chance.

The house is right next to the road and because the house only has ordinary windows, you could hear the noise of cars. On the day of arrival it rained and we were cold for two days. The heating did not work, although the host tried and sent a plumber, the gas boiler was not able to work. We drank a gas stove in the kitchen because it was 8 degrees at night. Very steep stairs to upstairs, children or elderly have no chance

The home was comfortable, quiet, and lovely. We had everything we needed and the owner was very responsive to any question we had. The location was very close to the beach and a short drive or an easy walk to all the shopping in Carilo. We will definitely be back!

The apartment is really very comfortable, fully equipped with quality furniture, spacious, and the balcony with ocean views is the plus that makes it worth it. Very nice complex, the amenities (gym, sports area, heated pool and pool) are very good. The pool is very well located, since it is in the middle of the way to the sea, allowing you to cool off on the way back from the beach. The service from the complex's security staff was very good, super friendly and willing to solve any issue. The hosts were proactive and willing to solve any problems, perfectly compensating for any unforeseen situations that may have occurred. The beach is very quiet, excellent. In short, very satisfied, we had a great time and rested very well! Thanks for everything!

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The best location within Pinamar just meters from the beach and close to gastronomic places. The Dpto with a large and comfortable balcony with a spectacular view of the sea. The host is very attentive and friendly.

The apartment is super, I really liked it. The apartment in the photo looked bigger, more spacious, but for me how much I lived there alone, this did not interfere. The view is just super, very bright, wow. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent stay at Daniel's apartment. Central location, one and a half blocks from the beach. We highlight the kitchen, which had all the necessary utensils and more. The only thing we think they could improve is the comfort of the beds; otherwise it is highly recommended.

From the moment you rent javier was attentive to everything! I'm waiting for us to check in at 10pm for the ckeck in!
